We decided to make LuLu a "gastrobar", a restaurant/bar serving small, medium and large plates accompanied by a carefully selected list of wines, beers and cocktails. We use the term, more common in Europe to distinguish us from a pub. We want our patrons to be comfortable and enjoy the conviviality of the setting while sampling our food and drink offerings.
